LCD Project

Objectives: This project focuses on training users as to what an LCD, why it is important, how to locate an LCD in the EMR, and how to complete the interfaces properly and thoroughly.

My Role: I was tasked with designing training in a series of videos that would train staff toward the objectives of this training project.

Training Description: In this series of videos, I needed to gather video assets which included graphics, video clips, video simulations of the LCD in the EMR, script writing, and audio voice over. Each video was carefully scripted first. Then, the video assets were created and compiled to fluidly align with the script. Then, audio voiceover was created in Audiate and added to the video in Camtasia. The video was extensively edited and then exported. The videos were uploaded into Relias, the company’s learning management system, into one course.
